Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including hospitality, healthcare, and tech
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure seamless placements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to onboarding and follow-up
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal positions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and position our staffing solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of successful placements in Las Vegas market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and social recruiting tools
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with both clients and candidates
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
