Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage applicant data and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires placed by the agency.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools for specific roles.
- Update job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
