Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening of candidates for diverse industries including logistics, finance, and IT.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent within the Atlanta metropolitan area.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks with hiring managers and clients.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly placement targets.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to attract passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
