Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and networking strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates for open requisitions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market data to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets in a high-volume environment.
