Responsibilities
- Proactively source and screen candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier talent solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of placement, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is a major plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
