Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and recruit qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and provide top-tier talent solutions.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the onboarding process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends in San Jose to stay competitive and inform recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of active candidates, nurturing relationships for future opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
