Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals; conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent, ensuring all profiles are up-to-date in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Relations: Manage relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service throughout the placement process.
- Placement & Onboarding: Facilitate the interview scheduling process, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding of new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Louisville market to provide accurate guidance to candidates and clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales; prior experience in the Louisville market is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job orders and candidates simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Dedication: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
