Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, and placement.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for diverse industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Assist in onboarding new temporary employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Update candidate data and job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and HR software (ATS) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
