Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify qualified candidates for various industries.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, background checks, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related sales role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of organization and time management.
- Must be available for flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
