Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for our clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships from application through placement, providing regular updates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and maintain accurate data.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for local networking events).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
