Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants to match skills with client requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure a seamless placement process.
- Provide market feedback and salary insights to candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Available for at least 15-20 hours per week.
