Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for various positions across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through networking events and social media.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and placement targets.
