Responsibilities
- Client & Candidate Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to match open requisitions for our diverse client portfolio.
- Onboarding Excellence: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate the scheduling of shifts for temporary and contract workers.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and high retention rates.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local Portland market trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on sales and client-facing interactions.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HR software (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Portland, OR job market and community.
