Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for open positions across Denver.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
- Managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and hiring targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for on-site travel).
