Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with prospective candidates to assess fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Manage applicant tracking and data entry with high accuracy and speed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and compliance documents are completed.
- Assist with payroll processing and documentation for temporary workers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
