Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to screen and qualify candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, local networking) to source talent for open roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from application to onboarding.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Advocate for candidates, negotiating competitive hourly rates and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
