As a key member of our agency, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies to build robust talent pipelines.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional staffing services.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews for candidates.
- Job Posting: Optimize and post job descriptions on various job boards and internal ATS platforms.
- Onboarding Support: Assist candidates with the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition into their new roles.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- San Francisco Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local San Francisco job market and networking landscape.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets.
