Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Manage a high volume of job orders and maintain strong relationships with client partners.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in temporary or permanent roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
