Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent using various sourcing methods.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process, from contract negotiation to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in administrative duties related to payroll and candidate onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close placements effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
