Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening and interviewing of candidates to identify top talent for client positions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and sourcing strategies to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates within the local Wichita market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and organizational culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in developing and executing local recruitment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work in a commission-based environment.
