Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for diverse client roles across healthcare, IT, and administrative sectors
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers using applicant tracking systems
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Prepare and distribute candidate reports with detailed evaluations and recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with both job seekers and client companies
- Assist with job posting optimization across multiple recruitment platforms
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with diverse talent pools preferred
