- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions using job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct thorough phone and virtual interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of recruitment, staffing, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
