Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and ATS systems efficiently
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new placements
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends
- Collaborate with team to meet quarterly recruitment targets
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Detroit's job market and industries
- Valid Michigan driver's license (client visits required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- BA/BS degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
