- Match qualified candidates with client job requirements through meticulous skill assessment
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and document verification
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
