Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to drive successful placements
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal job matching
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with sales team to identify client needs and develop strategic staffing solutions
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate recruitment reports
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events to expand talent pool
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to source and place candidates in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with consultative approach
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to start immediately with no notice period required
