Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using ATS platforms like Greenhouse and Lever
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments
- Optimize job descriptions for SEO and candidate attraction
- Track recruitment metrics and report weekly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Valid CA driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
