Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in permanent positions across diverse industries
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure optimal job-candidate alignment
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify top talent
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand client hiring needs and market trends
- Implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Deep understanding of Detroit's job market and industry-specific talent needs
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
