Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and soft skills.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to placement.
- Match qualified candidates with our exclusive daily pay client openings in hospitality, logistics, and light industrial sectors.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with branch managers to forecast staffing needs and build long-term client relationships.
- Update and maintain candidate databases using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
