Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment for various open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Washington, DC, metro area.
- Facilitate the daily pay process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for temporary workers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline health.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the Washington, DC, local market and labor laws is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
