Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Development: Build relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and pain points.
- Job Matching: Strategically match qualified candidates with open positions to ensure successful placements.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update candidate pipelines.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide value to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for attitude and aptitude; full training is provided.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new recruiting software.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Broadway office in New York, NY.
