Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse client accounts, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to identify the best talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements.
- Negotiate salary and offer packages to secure top talent.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
