Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions including light industrial, administrative, and clerical roles
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through consistent communication
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and compliance documentation
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Track recruitment metrics and report on weekly placement performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency highly preferred
