Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Administering background checks, drug screenings, and reference verification.
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is a plus but not mandatory (we train the right people).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
