Responsibilities
- Sourcer and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: interviews, offers, onboarding, and post-placement follow-ups
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipeline through targeted sourcing strategies
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track metrics and optimize recruitment efficiency
- Contribute to team KPIs including placement rates and candidate retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment metrics and quotas
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage expectations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Deep understanding of Miami's labor market and industry-specific talent pools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
