Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for weekly pay positions across Charlotte's key industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and ATS tools
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Execute strategic candidate assessments and interviews aligned with employer specifications
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages emphasizing weekly pay advantages
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and payment processing
- Track KPIs including placement velocity, client satisfaction, and candidate retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with weekly pay placement focus
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in Charlotte's job market
- Expertise in talent sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Certification in Staffing & Recruiting (CPSR) preferred
- Deep understanding of Charlotte's economic landscape and key employers
