Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in healthcare, IT, finance, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital recruitment
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Leverage our proprietary ATS system to track placements and optimize recruitment efficiency
- Collaborate with a team of experienced recruiters to share best practices and market insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-quality placements
- Familiarity with Tampa Bay's job market and key industry sectors
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
