Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions within our client base.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Placement: Manage the full placement lifecycle, including negotiation of offers and onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Cleveland market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse).
