Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various recruiting channels and databases.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for client positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of job postings across multiple platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and salary benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
