Your Role
As a Recruiter, you will be the face of our agency, connecting talented candidates with top employers across the region. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, all while enjoying the flexibility and rewards of the staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future open positions.
- Manage candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs and requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
