Responsibilities
- Sourcer and screen qualified candidates for temporary-to-permanent roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments
- Manage candidate pipeline and placement logistics
- Build and maintain client relationships across diverse industries
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems for tracking and reporting
- Drive recruitment strategies to meet weekly/monthly KPIs
- Collaborate with team on market trends and candidate sourcing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate placement
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of LA job market dynamics
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid CA driver's license (client site visits required)
