Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in healthcare, IT, and administrative sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing requirements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies throughout placement process
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and fill urgent positions
- Track key metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates) and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience in Miami market
- Proven track record of placing candidates in healthcare, IT, or administrative roles
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, networking events) and ATS platforms
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with weekly performance targets
