Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Negotiate compensation packages and offer letters

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting placement quotas

- Advanced ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Valid NY driver's license (client site visits required)
