Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match client requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and placement terms
- Exceed weekly/monthly recruitment KPIs and performance metrics
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless client integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales/placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
