Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across healthcare, IT, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure precise job matching
- Manage client relationships through regular communication and placement follow-ups
- Utilize our proprietary applicant tracking system (ATS) for seamless candidate tracking
- Drive weekly recruitment metrics including submission-to-placement ratios
- Participate in community hiring events to expand our talent network
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and social recruiting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience working with weekly pay structures and payroll compliance
