Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job order to placement and onboarding
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct candidate interviews, skills assessments, and background verifications
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for placement success
- Collaborate with team to share best practices and market insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
