Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients in Los Angeles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job posting to offer negotiation
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with team to meet weekly/monthly placement targets
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills with proven track record of placements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
- Ability to thrive in commission-based compensation structure
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
