Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with both candidates and client companies to ensure optimal placement success
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring seamless candidate experiences
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms to proactively identify passive candidates
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of Fresno's emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven recruitment/staffing agency experience with a focus on high-volume placements
