Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with positions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement

- Maintain accurate records in our ATS database

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Results-driven with proven placement success
- Valid Illinois driver's license for local client visits
