Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions in various industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through networking and social media.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
