Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions in tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring requirements
- Ensure compliance with EEO regulations and data privacy standards
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Oakland Bay Area market
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Oakland's industry landscape and talent pools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
